Announcing a new partnership with the London FA
We are delighted to announce that Shapes has become the official accounting partner to the London FA for the coming 2 seasons, 2025-2027.
The partnership will see us delivering advice, guidance and best practice support for over 950 football clubs across London facilitating football for over 72,500 registered affiliated players.
Through this partnership, Shapes will provide a tailored face-to-face workshop for clubs and leagues on financial planning and accounts management, and bite-sized videos for the London FA website too, similar to the support we already offer to Kent FA.
Strategic Priorities
London FA has 5 strategic priorities in its framework, and we’re delighted to be supporting across all 5 of these through guidance on accounting apps and systems, financial planning for your football club, accounting must-haves and best practice how-to’s.

Shapes is a digital accounting and digital marketing agency, specifically helping small businesses and organisations across the UK. Started in 2023, by founders Steve & Jim, we offer a unique mix of accounting and marketing direction and support.
Steve and Jim both grew up in London and have been huge football fans all their lives. Steve played in the Clapton FC youth teams in the late 90s and Jim’s boyhood hero David Seaman inspired a (very) short lived goalkeeping career. Now we support the game in many ways, cheering on our own kids from the sidelines, coaching, even running the line on occasion, and supporting Herne Bay FC Women on the committee and as team sponsors, as well as sponsoring Minster FC and the Pro2Pro Academy.
