A local estate agency in Herne Bay in Kent offering both property management for commercial and residential, as well as sales and lettings.
We’ve worked alongside Michelle and the team at Zest to redesign the website experience and create a web journey that makes more sense, and is more on brand for their future growth.
Michelle’s story is exciting.
After building the company up from her home office and kitchen, she’s now got a team of full time staff serving property landlords and residential home owners and rentals across Kent and London.
We’ve revamped the site recently and continue to help build on the success that the company is having. We love being part of Michelle’s story!
A custom icon set for revised property pages
The old property pages were quite simple, very text led, and hard to scan read for customers around the key items that home seekers really want to know quickly.
How many bedrooms, bathrooms and is there garden or parking?
We designed a new icons suite for Zest to compliment the layout.
Mobile first design. Because people search for property mostly on their phones
We design most things mobile first at Shapes, but we know from research that people typically spend more time on their phones searching for homes than desktop (64% in fact) so it was even more important to design the site to work really well on small screens and mobile phones.
