They were booked to exhibit at the Kent Construction Expo – the South East’s largest exhibition for construction industry. Having never exhibited before, Shapes helped to plan, curate, design, project manage and pull together their exhibition stand and experience for prospects.

Exhibition experiences
Through our creative and experienced design team, we helped SDS navigate the world of exhibition stands, merch giveaways and event exhibitor planning. We designed a custom 4 metre illustration backdrop to their new exhibition stand, (complete with icons!) and designed and procured all manner of merch for the Kent Construction Expo – even free coffee!

With the icon suite to elevate their brand designed for the web, we built brand continuity to the stand design.
A custom illustration from a ‘city perspective’ showcasing all the services SDS offer in one sweeping design. An excellent talking point at events, and a visual example of the work they do across town, sea and country.
Giveaways
Stunning embossed notebooks, beautiful, high end aluminium travel mugs (none of the rubbish free coffee mugs that end up on landfill) and gorgeous coffee procured from a local coffee company filled a branded SDS client giveaway bag for all their prospects and stand visitors.
Every detail considered
At expos, storage on stand is often an issue. We bought some exhibition furniture, branded it up with a big SDS logo and kept the stand nice and tidy throughout the event with all the merch stock hidden in the box. We also created some new business cards for the team on stand all in sync with the new brand uplift.
