Introducing new shareholders is something that needs to be carefully managed and done in the right way. We’ve provided solutions that ensure the founders retain the control they need while being able to minimise tax liabilities, all while operating in an international context.
We’ve also supported the team to change the way they were drawing money out of the business, paying less in tax helps with their future growth plans and putting more into pensions helps them plan for the future.
Next level reporting and analysis
Working alongside Katy and with Syft Analytics the scout + redeem team are now able to monitor future cash flow forecasts and review their performance against budgets.
This work started by looking at what reports would be useful for them and working backwards to ensure Xero was configured to work for them.
