Milo is Shapes’ Head of Morale, a role he appointed himself to and has never once been formally interviewed for.

He believes deeply in the company’s values, particularly Space (he will find yours and lie in it) and Transparency (he has never hidden his feelings about the postman, and never will).

His working day follows a strict process: arrive at The Buttery with maximum Energy, inspect every desk for crumbs, attend any meeting that involves food, then retire to a sunny spot for a deep-dive strategic workshop with his eyes closed. He has sat in on hundreds of client calls and remains firmly convinced that “Xero” is a type of biscuit.

Milo has no formal accounting qualifications, but he is excellent at reconciliation: if you’ve had a disagreement in the office, he will sit between you until you both stroke him and make up.

On the marketing side, his brand is strong, his engagement rates are unmatched, and his content (mostly photos of him looking out of windows) consistently outperforms everyone else’s.
