Survey Design Services needed support to be more visible on search engines. They also wanted improved graphics and UX flows on their website.
With a half finished website and a brand that needed and injection of life, SDS came to us to look at how we could take their digital presence and marketing up a level. They needed better ranking on search and a more robust brand identity in the construction industry.

Better User Journeys
We created an improved navigation structure on the site, a visual identity for services with a custom SDS icon suite, and a variety of improvements to the on-page navigation. The visual icon suite has since become a brand language tool for SDS across a variety of assets, helping to tie together what they do.
UX flows & frictionless experiences
We created new user flows on site, to ensure prospects and customers don’t end at a dead end. We introduced additional CTAs for connecting services and related content and added specific forms for each journey where previously they would simply end up at a basic contact form.
A custom icon suite
SDS were keen on increasing the brand identity they had and we designed a whole suite of custom icons depicting key tools and technology that they use in each service offering. Every service now has its own icon and we’ve built this into the brand identity across their exhibition and printed graphics too.

Exhibition experiences
Through our creative and experienced design team, we helped SDS navigate the world of exhibition stands, merch giveaways and planning. We designed a custom 4 metre illustration backdrop to their new exhibition stand, (complete with icons!) and designed and procured all manner of merch for the Kent Construction Expo – even free coffee!
