Hello, I’m Oscar and I’m currently studying accountancy at Canterbury college and am completing my work experience with Shapes throughout this year.
So far, the team have made me feel very welcome and I am enjoying the opportunities and variation.
I went to DAS24 with them which was a great experience as I gained insight into lots of companies that I had heard of before but never really understood which I feel helps with my studies. Jim also takes me along to meetings when he is able, which gives me some really good knowledge on not just Shapes but also other businesses in the local area.
In the future, I hope to get into real estate within the next few years and to put teams and processes in place in order for me to gain the financial freedom I need to travel the world without constantly stressing about a job back at home!
